Hey Mama! Are you ready to take your first step towards running your very own 5K, 8K or Half Marathon? Or maybe you're looking to improve that pace and increase mileage?

Whether you are a seasoned runner or have never run before, our 8-week Run Club is designed to help you achieve your goals with personalized support and guidance.

What We Offer:

• 1:1 Mentoring: Our experienced coach will provide individualized mentoring tailored to your fitness needs, ensuring you stay on track and motivated throughout the program.

• Customized Training Plan: You'll receive a plan that includes weekly group runs, independent runs, cross-training, and rest days, all designed to build your endurance and strength.

• Weekly Group Runs: Join your fellow running mamas on Sunday mornings (7:30 AM) for group runs, where you'll find camaraderie and encouragement.

• Supportive Community: Benefit from the support of your coach and fellow group members as you work towards your goals.
