Alli found FIT4MOM through Instagram and her former boss, Colleen! She loved the idea of a community supporting women and moms while getting in a great workout. She decided to join the team because exercise is empowering both physically and mentally. As a former barre instructor, she loves helping people feel their best and achieve their goals!
